If you're running BTCPayServer behind Tor and want to access it over the clear net (on a regular domain) you have to run a Reverse Proxy to Tor. The instructions can be found
here. To do this yourself you need to have a domain name, rent a VPS and the Linux skills to install and manage the required software.
Now you can get a subdomain at btcpayhost.com (ie. mybtcpay.btcpayhost.com).
